We had the pleasure of designing and building a traditional Finnish sauna in the heart of Miami Beach, Florida. This custom sauna combines timeless design with modern elegance, offering an authentic sauna experience that blends seamlessly with the tranquil surroundings.
Key Features:
Western Red Cedar Interior Walls: The interior of the sauna is finished with premium western red cedar, selected for its beautiful color, natural fragrance, and durability. The cedar creates a calming, aromatic environment that enhances the sauna experience, providing both comfort and a touch of natural luxury.
Oversized Closed Benches with Skirts: The oversized closed benches with skirts offer both elegance and functionality. These spacious, comfortable benches provide ample seating while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic that blends traditional sauna design with a contemporary look.
Full Front Glass Panel and Door: The full front glass panel and door allow for uninterrupted views of the surrounding area, bringing in natural light and creating a serene connection with the outdoor space. This design feature enhances the sauna’s open and airy feel, allowing the homeowner to unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Harvia Heater: We installed a high-performance Harvia heater, renowned for its reliability and efficient heat distribution. This traditional Finnish heater ensures the perfect temperature, creating an authentic sauna experience that is both soothing and rejuvenating.
