We had the privilege of remodeling two high-end commercial saunas in Miami, Florida, transforming them into luxurious wellness retreats that balance elegant design with cutting-edge functionality. The remodel focuses on creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere where guests can unwind in a space that combines craftsmanship, comfort, and modern design.

Key Features:

• Western Red Cedar in 1x2 Slats: Both saunas are constructed with premium western red cedar in 1x2 slats, offering a sleek, contemporary look. The natural aroma and warmth of the wood create an inviting and therapeutic environment that enhances the overall sauna experience.

• Two Himalayan Salt Lamps: The saunas feature two strategically placed Himalayan salt lamps, providing a soft, calming glow. These lamps not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space but also offer natural air-purifying and therapeutic benefits, further elevating the wellness experience.

• Open Floating Benches: Designed with an open-concept in mind, the saunas include open floating benches that create a sense of spaciousness. This modern design promotes better airflow and enhances the sauna’s overall openness, making the space feel larger and more comfortable.

• Indirect Cove Lighting: Indirect lighting is integrated into the cove ceiling, backrest, and two benches, providing a gentle, ambient glow throughout the sauna. The strategically placed lighting enhances the tranquil atmosphere, creating a soothing environment for relaxation.

• All Glass Front Walls: The saunas feature all-glass front walls, allowing the beautiful craftsmanship of the space to be fully appreciated. The transparent design not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but also allows natural light to flow into the sauna, creating an open and airy feeling.

• Oversized Harvia Heater: To provide optimal heat and performance, we installed an oversized Harvia heater in both saunas. Known for its efficiency and powerful output, the Harvia heater ensures a consistently perfect temperature for an exceptional sauna experience.

This remodel transformed the commercial saunas into luxurious, modern wellness spaces that blend premium materials, innovative design, and state-of-the-art technology.
